Security escort
Some organisations prefer or require that their own staff attend alarm activations. There are obvious risks involved in sending untrained, unaccompanied staff to deal with these potentially dangerous situations.

As part of the key holder & response service SPI will provide a Security Officer to either meet your employee at the premises a suitable rendezvous point or even from their home and remain with them until the problem is resolved.

The service is not restricted to escorting key holders; it can be adapted to provide protection for vulnerable staff having to attend any potentially hazardous situation.
