This year marked the 15th anniversary of SPI Consultants.
When Timothy Dean formed the company in March 1999, the close protection industry was a very different market place to the one in which SPI works today. Since the inception of licensing regulation which unfortunately was a big disappointment to many in the industry, lowering standards and saturating an industry with thousands of poorly trained operatives.
Timothy saw firsthand the effects licensing had on his clients and responded by providing a service through the simple delivery of our core values and the ongoing training of our carefully selected team of industry experience operatives that many companies see as the benchmark for protective services today.
Since 1999 SPI have worked worldwide providing protective services from news crews in Afghanistan to celebrities on the red carpet.
Although SPI provide services worldwide our core client base is in the UK and as such SPI opened our new London office last year to accommodate the demand for our services in the capital.
